A PROJECT FOR THE FINAL EXAM

Write a portfolio minimum 3 pages (pictures are not included) with 1.5 spaces,
or record a minimum 5 minute video (an mpeg file) about a case that happens in reality based on one of the following topics:
1. An effective transportation
2. A unique building
3. An alternative energy
4. A case on education
5. An easy way to save the world
6. A metrosexual person
7. A case on quality control
A topic is not a title, so you must create your own interesting title for your project.
You must use the following format:
1. Introduction or general ideas
You talk about an introduction or general ideas about the chosen topic but do not touch your specific problems.
2. Problems or specific topic you discuss and why you choose this idea
You describe more specific case that surely happens in reality and explain why it is interesting for you.
You also give the background why this case happens and is important to talk about.
You can explain about the problems using data from any other source or an interview but do not forget to write the source to avoid PLAGIARISM.
3. Explanation on the solution given
You explain how people/person/company/your subject manages this case.
You describe what activities have done to reach the objectives.
4. Conclusion
You express your own opinion, argument or conclusion about the topic chosen.
5. Bibliography or sources from books, newspapaer, magazines or internet, people/interview
It is to prove your original thoughts are not a result of plagiarsm, use this format: author, title, source, date, year or http/URL and date of accessed.
Points to evaluate:
1. Originality
You use your own words. Write the author/source when you quote a word or a sentence from others. 2. Contents
You explain your topic clearly, completely and in a good logical order.
3. Language
You use correct English grammar.
4. Creativity
You may use pictures, font format, color, or other creative ideas to make your topic more interesting and easy to understand.
Notes:
If I find you cheat, plagiarize and/or only copy-paste from other students’ work, your score will be ZERO.
Start to prepare your project from today. You have 7 weeks (almost 2 months) to optimize your work.
